PARTIAL PLANNING

Have your planning started, but don't know what to do next? No worries, we can take it from here with the partial planning package. This includes all of the Day of Coordinating benefits plus:
- Two Planning Meetings Prior to Wedding Day + Walk thru at the Venue
- Rehearsal the Day prior to Wedding Day
- Request Estimates from 2-3 Vendors for Client Review & Approval
- Main point of contact for Vendor communication
- Review of vendor contracts & services
- Set Up Assistance, such as lighting candles, table numbers, gift table, sign-in book, etc.
- Clean Up Assistance, such as packing gifts & personal items, ensuring all vendors pick up and take out items from the venue by specified time

FULL PLANNING

SET UP & TEAR DOWN OF GENERAL DECOR
$750
This service would be an add-on for the couples choosing the
Month-of/Day-of coordinating package that need some additional help setting up decor on wedding day that would exceed the 8 hour time period of service.
I will work with you prior to the wedding to get directions and inspiration photos. I create a list of all personal belongings and decor that you are bringing and notate where each items is to be set up and displayed at in the venue.
This add-on encompasses personal decor and table set up of rented table settings, placing pre-made floral decor on tables and bringing the overall vision of the wedding to life. This does not include the install of large installations or building floral arrangements.
I work to ensure all items are packed away and loaded into the designated car at the end of the evening, so you & your family are just left to grab personal belongings and head home.
